I am one of the administrators for our SIS. All documentation that used to exist on the old site redirects me to this site, which tells me I don't have access to the resource. This is very frustrating. Either leave it on the old site, or make sure we have access to it on this site. I have to get the guides from a Google search. Disappointing.
Hi! @nlake
I'll be happy to look into your access level. To assist you further, would you please provide the URL of the article that you were trying to access on PowerSource (old site)?
I have exactly the same issue. It is really frustrating.

Hi @soloaba,
Some resources are publicly accessible on PowerSchool Community while others and the ability to contact support are available to specific roles in a district such as the role of Designated Support Contacts.
I will reach out to you through a case to discuss your access further.
I am the point of contact for our district, in rolling out the new employee portal in SFE. I received the link to access the new employee user guide but when I try to access it, I am denied.

Hello,
Can someone reach out to me to discuss my access as well? Our main PowerSchool director has been unable to find where she can grant me the access that I need.
Thanks,
