I received emails from PowerSchool this morning that I now have access as a Designated Support Contact and Technical Contact and the email indicated I should have access to Launch Chat Support, but when I click the link, it says I still not have access to this resource. Please help - I have been asking for this access since 11/30/2021.
If your Technical Contact roles have been added to your account recently, it takes up to 24 hours to sync the roles and for your access to be updated. You should be able to access the resources in PowerSchool Community within the next 24 hours.
