The scanning tool will not upload PDF files, however, we can upload PDF files into employee records by navigating to Configure --> Staff --> search employee name --> Files --> select a folder --> File Document --> select Ad-Hoc Document from the dropdown --> Next --> and browse for the document from your files.
If you would like the uploaded PDF to go into a sleeve within a folder, then navigate to the folder --> hover your cursor over the small gray arrow in the upper-right corner of a Sleeve --> click Add New and there will be an option to upload a document. If the application does not allow to upload PDF to go into a sleeve, then navigate to Configure --> Documents --> click on the document --> and change the third drop-down which says "Allow staff to upload a file to submit this Document in lieu of completing an E-Form?" say Yes and Save.
