I haven't signed in to the Community portal in a long time. I want to make sure I've been identified as a valid contact and having the appropriate access for submitting cases for the following products:

Thank you for replying to my post. I've read the article you referenced. I will try to identify who my Designated Support Contacts are at my district and reach out to them to request the necessary access.
I used to have access to create and manage cases, but that appears to have changed. I do have an account and a verified email address.
