Hello, I am getting a little frustrated when it comes to PS Registration Essentials. I call the regular support telephone number and even though I follow the prompts to speak to someone about PS Registration, I end up getting transferred 3-5 times to the "correct" person. If I click on the prompt for PSR and the support member has no working knowlege of it, why is it prompting me in the first place? Was on the phone 1 hour and was transferred 4 times....
Thank you for reaching out in the Community!
I apologize for your experience connecting with Registration Essentials Support. The Registration Support Team is available for parents and students with the Registration Signature product. Admin Support with Registration Signature and Registration Essentials is Supported through PowerSchool Student Information System (SIS) Support. A case can be created by reaching out to PowerSchool SIS Support by phone, Live Chat, and in the case portal.
I just registered to create a new account to get access to articles through the PowerSchool Community. I am going through the Prepare to Build training right now and the trainer sent a link to an article but it says that I do not have access to it. I receive this message:
"Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource"
I'm unable to access an article sent to me by our PS trainer. This was the link that he sent us: https://help.powerschool.com/t5/PowerSchool-SIS-Knowledge-Base/PowerScheduler-Checklist-Build-and-Lo...
I get an error that states, "

Thank you for your response.
Certain resources in the Community are open for all members while others are restricted to the users with access as Designated Support Contact. I will reach out to you through a case to discuss further on your Community access.
I registered for an account so I may participate in a KS PowerSchool User's Group Conference Call later today (hopefully I haven't already missed it!) and when I try to click on the link to take me to the information (provided by the KS PowerSchool User's Group listserve) it takes me to a screen that says "looks like you don't have access to this resource". How do I GET access to that resource so I can participate in the Conference Call?
Would you please provide the link in which you are attempting to access the Kansas PowerSchool user's group conference call?
The above was the link I was given to try to attend the KS PowerSchool Users group conference call.
Powerschool community offers a wide variety of resources such as knowledge-based articles, product-specific forums, and updates which are both informative and engaging for community members. While some resources are available for all members, there are certain forums and knowledge-based articles that are limited to Designated Support Contacts within each district.
The Community Case Portal and state-specific knowledgebase articles are only accessible by Designated Support Contacts within the school district.
I have a thread addressing a similar issue that should provide more details on this.

1. Thanks for the resources you are sharing. i know we are all a bit overwhelmed at this time. Thank you to all those working behind the scenes, classrooms and boards
2. Has anyone reported that when adding another child the drop down box to select relationship to the child is blank?
3. I have two children who are attending the same school (grades 5&6) but only one showed in the profile of students. Should I add him or will he be added automatically when is teacher does class update or something to the effect?
Thanks again. Keep up the fantastic work.
