I am still getting a red flag so my form will not send. I have been trying since March 12, 2019 to complete this form!!
I'm beyond aggravated and frustrated. I have all the information filled out but the system is not accepting my form!

If you already have an account and do not remember the username, I recommend reviewing the article on Forgot Username that should help you in logging into your account. I also suggest reviewing the articles listed below to confirm the email address associated with your Enrollment account and resetting your password.

To assist you further, would you please confirm if are you trying to reset the password for your Enrollment account or your SIS Parent Portal account?

This could be an issue with the district's server when parents log in to the parent portal. Would you please try to clear the cache and cookies or change your browser and check if you are able to access the form?
If you still face the same error message, I would recommend connecting with the Enrollment family support team who should be able to assist you further with the same.
I am getting an error message, even though I registered.
I am a new member to the community and I am trying to access an article. I received an error meesage stating "Hmmm, it looks like you don't have access". How do I get access to it?
