Hi @JenLeague71,
Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community! I will follow up with you through a direct message to assist you further.
Just an observation, but there should be a totally separate forum for PowerSchool Enrollment/Registration users (who are ALL parents!) Neither us as school users or them as parents should have to wade through topics that do not pertain to us individually. Also it presents a possible security risk when talking about specific SIS related issues.
Thank you for your feedback!
The Community currently has a forum titled Enrollment: Family Support. The Enrollment Family Support forum is a discussion forum for all parents and students that have questions with the Enrollment product. The forum titled Enrollment: Administrator Support is a forum created for administrators of Enrollment Signature.
The Community forum was created to allow customers to post any question they may have regarding the PowerSchool Community site. We have seen the Community forum used for customers that do not have the limited access to product pages and we try to assist with all questions that come into the Community.
when I try to go to the forum for Enrollment Admin, it I do not have access to this resource. How can I get access? Thank you!!!
To avoid sharing any personally identifiable information, I have reached out to you through private chat to troubleshoot the access issue further. The private chat option could be identified as the envelope icon located beside your avatar on the top right-hand side corner of any page in the Community.
I am in the same situation. How do we fix this?
Hi! @alcaparros2021

Hello, I am getting a little frustrated when it comes to PS Registration Essentials. I call the regular support telephone number and even though I follow the prompts to speak to someone about PS Registration, I end up getting transferred 3-5 times to the "correct" person. If I click on the prompt for PSR and the support member has no working knowlege of it, why is it prompting me in the first place? Was on the phone 1 hour and was transferred 4 times....

I apologize for your experience connecting with Registration Essentials Support. The Registration Support Team is available for parents and students with the Registration Signature product. Admin Support with Registration Signature and Registration Essentials is Supported through PowerSchool Student Information System (SIS) Support. A case can be created by reaching out to PowerSchool SIS Support by phone, Live Chat, and in the case portal.
Good Afternoon,
I just registered to create a new account to get access to articles through the PowerSchool Community. I am going through the Prepare to Build training right now and the trainer sent a link to an article but it says that I do not have access to it. I receive this message:
"Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource"
How can I get access to be able to see the build and load checklist article?
Thanks!
I'm unable to access an article sent to me by our PS trainer. This was the link that he sent us: https://help.powerschool.com/t5/PowerSchool-SIS-Knowledge-Base/PowerScheduler-Checklist-Build-and-Lo...
I get an error that states, "

Hi @kdixon
To be able to access and register the 2022 Enrollment Webinar Series, you would want to reach out to your district and verify if your district has purchased PowerSchool Enrollment as a PowerSchool product.
