Trouble Logging in to apply

I recently changed my information to log in and now it won't allow me to log in to apply for a job.  I tried to create a new account with a new email and it still won't allow me to log in.  Please help!

To assist further, would you please confirm which product are you inquiring about? It would be great if you can confirm the product you are using to apply for a job application.
