Troblem with Virginia gov job website Log in?

Hello, I am trying to login into the commonwealth of virginia job website but everytime I put my password in it keeps on saying "If you continue to have login issues, your account may be temporarily disabled.". I tried to reset my password but I don't remember which nickname I put in as my answer and it isn't taking any of them and I can't request an email instead. If you could please help me unlock my account that would be great or give me the phone number to contact the right person, thank you.
