I am trying to transfer a record of a student that was at another LEA, but when I transferred over the record, it doesn't show. I've seen an email from DPI about having issues, but didn't know if this will correct itself or do I need to keep checking to see if it works? Do I need to refer to a specific person to review?

We would love to be able to assist you, however, we recommend reaching out to the PowerSchool Designated Support Contact in your district to request assistance transferring a student record. Your district's PowerSchool Designated Support Contact should be able to assist with the completion of the transfer and confirm the transfer of the student's record has been completed.
