Transfer Scores Issue @transferscores

A high school teacher had a student that transferred from one of his sections to another of his sections.  I observed in the teacher's gradebook that the student does have scores in assignments in the first section.  However, from the gear, transfer scores is greyed out, and when selecting "Transfer Scores under the student menu in EITHER section, this is what appears.  He does have the correct term up in both.  The only discrepancy I can see is that one of the assignments listed in his old section is not in the new section.  Could that be why this function is not available?

@rgattusoHas the student actually been dropped from the original section? I believe Transfer Scores will not work until after the Exit Date on the original section.

Thank you, this was the case!  The counselor enrolled the student in the new courses but forgot to drop them from the old ones.
