Attendance clerk here. Our district is new to Powerschool, is there a report we  can run to track tardies?

Hi, @meltorrieowens,

You should be able to run a Report to know the number of tardies, by navigating to Trends By Period (Detail) report, select Attendance Codes as Tardy. You can then enter the other prompts as required.

Oh thank you so much, I had to pull it up as summary. Also, is that also how you would run a report to help reconcile attendance?

In eSchoolPlus 19.11.19.0 Release, the feature Office/Teacher Attendance Verification option was added to allow office staff to reconcile office and teacher attendance entries by comparing the current bottom line and the teacher attendance values.

You can use the Office/Teacher Attendance Verification to reconcile student attendance where the final attendance recorded by the teacher differs from the official bottom line attendance.

For example, your school policy may count a student as present if the student completes an assignment or participates in another way after the class period. In those scenarios, you may need to verify attendance where the student has a bottom line indicating they are absent, but then the teacher entered attendance for the student's participation.
