I am the Director of Data for my shcool district and we are having problems connecting our main student information system to the one we use for special education data. We use Skyward as the main SIS and we use Tienet to track all of our students with IEPs. The two systems are often in disagreement about student IEP status and I would like to connect the two systems.
Skyward has a utility to importat data from Tienet. I need help creating the export though. I have pasted below a screenshot of the file format that the Skyward import utility expects. Can someone help me create this export from Tienet?

With the exports being reports based, you would want to set up a report within Standards Reports, through an ODBC connect, or SQL depending on the format that Skyward requires. You should be able to review documentation based on the integration by navigating to Adminsitration> Configuration>Integration> More> Data Connectivity guide.
When I get to "Adminsitration> Configuration>Integration>" I do not see an option for "More." Can you help me get to the data connectivity guide?
The Data Connectivity guide is available to the Special Programs admin within each school district. If you are unable to view the 'More' option, we recommend connecting to the Special Programs admin to request assistance accessing this guide and setting up reports within Standards Reports.
Are we able to have multiple specuial education admins?
While I am not the director of special education at my school district I am the executive in charge of all data. It makes sense for me to be able to access the data connectivity guide.
With there being only one admin account for each database, you will want to work with the current admin to discuss access to the admin account for the data connectivity guide.
Can you help me get ahold of someone at powerschool to help me with this integration? I am now designated as a technical contact. Now every time I call the support number (1-866-434-6267) a machine picks up the phone then hangs up on me immediately.
I recently learned that one of the school employees here is having to upload files directly to TIENET, this takes him about 20 minutes every morning and I really think this should be replaced by an auttomated process.
