In the past year, we keep meeting flaws in quotes and invoices. every time to correct a single mistake will take us average 45 days for waiting. Last week we find the new schoology updating quote showing wrong numbers again and no one answer our email for whole week which made us upsetting even more. I really cannot understanding how can this happen? We all can understand people make mistakes happenly, But I really don't get this situation. And I cannot find any proper solution to help us contact the disappearing support team and sales on any powerschool sites.
