The Canvas grade passback timeout error?.

Hello,

 

 

We utilize Canvas as our LMS, and we set up grade passback to push assignments and grades back to PowerSchool. It has worked successfully in 12 of the 14 teachers who have set it up, but 2 cannot sync. Those that passback successfully do so pretty quickly, but those that do not go, timeout after 6-8 hours of “trying”. We get a “kimono timeout error” for those two instructors, though we have attempted many “fixes”. Does anyone here utilize Canvas, and if so have you seen this issue. We are getting some mild suggested fixes from Instructure, but to no avail.

Also, I would recommend to please make sure if the Canvas is on the most recent version in the plugin management configuration. Would you please confirm that you are using the most recent version?
