Teacher's access to PowerTeacher

Good afternoon,

I have several teachers that are getting a Single Sign On Error when trying to log into PowerTeacher.  They are active at my school and I have verified that their GlobalID is correct.  I have gone into DDE (changing the http 'dde' to 'usm' to modify their record and then changed it back) to 'reset' their record.  They have logged out and logged back in, yet still can't get into the system.

Hi @LittleGL

Thank you for reaching out to the Community for assistance!

If you are sure that the OIDC configuration is complete and still the teachers cannot log in, even with valid Global Identifier values, it could be caused if the previously used login method, did not use PowerSchool as an authenticator like SAML and the PCAS account was inactive previously.

In that case, I recommend you reach out to the Designated Support Contact of your district. They should be able to work with the PowerSchool team through a case so that they can look into your system setup and activate the PCAS account.
