TeachIowa Jobs not searchable

Good morning, 

 

Last week I posted 3 positions on TeachIowa; a high school principal, and 2 teachers. Over the weekend, our Superintendent text me and said that he tried to search for them on TeachIowa (as an applicant) and wasn't able to find them. After some troubleshooting, I figured out that if I removed the closing date, it would then be searchable. BUT, we have a girls golf coach position that is still showing up, even though it has a closing date in the past, is marked as filled, and is archived. Can I get some help on this?

I'll be happy to look into this issue.  To troubleshoot and assist you further, would you please share the job numbers that you posted in Teachlowa?  Also, would you confirm, are the position names high school principal and teacher?

Thank you for reaching out. I ended up calling in and had a ticket created so I believe someone is helping me!
