Swiftk12 to Communicate

Am I the only one that was forced to move from SwiftK12 from School Messenger Communicate and had an awful experience?

We're less than 2 weeks from losing Swiftk12 Access and have no ability to send messages and training or even an overview is not included in the $1300 implementation cost.

This has been an epic failure for us.   I'd gladly pay whatever it costs to keep SwiftK12 around rather than moving to this inferior cumbersome product that was sold to us as "seamless".

I completely agree with you. We are in the same boat. I hate this product. Everything is supposed to be set up but only a few of our attendance broadcasts are working. I can't get any consistent support. Everything that came with SwiftK12 is an extra cost. It is awful.

There was a very robust conversation on PSUG last spring and over the summer following Swift K12 decision to terminate their service.  Many of us chose Bright Arrow as our new messaging system.

I have a similar experience. It's been two months, but the SchoolMessenger implementation hasn't been completed yet. Email from SchoolMessenger goes to spam, and we are still unable to send the report cards. To make it worse, the end of Q1 is approaching. It's frustrating.

I'm asking for a refund of the costs and I'll look into Bright Arrow.

Powerschool's focus on growth has cost them at least one customer.  We have the same experience with Powerpack.  Can't get a call back or a solution.
