How do I find my Support Id #?

Click your profile pic  > Select my profile > You'll see the support ID. Mine shows at the top of the page.

I have tried that several times with no luck.

Could that be because you are not a technical contact? That is just a guess.

Might be. However, the support number I was provide this morning from a webinar is specifically asking me for a Support ID# to move any further past the recording constantly saying it over and over.

@brechess Account details such as Support ID is only displayed for Designated Support Contacts(Technical Contacts) in their profile. If you feel you should be a Designated Support Contact, I recommend reviewing this article for the different methods you can take to request the role within your district.
