A feature to translate an application to Spanish is not built into PowerSchool Unified Talent Applicant Tracking.
Applicants can use the Translate feature built into Google Chrome Web Browser to translate applications to Spanish, The Change Chrome languages & translate webpages guide by Google should be able to walk through the steps to enable Translate feature on Chrome browser.
I have submitted a feature request on your behalf to the Unified Talent Applicant Tracking product team to offer a feature that helps translate applications to various languages including Spanish. The product development team will assess the feasibility of the feature and work towards incorporating it into the product if found feasible.
