I am a substitute teacher in Ontario Canada with CSC Providence.
For some time now, when I receive a call to work and enter my code, nothing happens. The system doesn't acknowledge it and after a few attempts to enter the code, the SASE hangs up. I am extremely frustrated because it only works occasionally. This means that I lose jobs = $$.
I have been assigned, Marie, who communicated with Manon from my board.
