Substitute Teacher

I work as a substitute teacher in two districts, only one of which uses Atrieve ERP for booking jobs. When I take a job in the other district, I mark myself as unavailable for that date in Atrieve ERP. Why does the workboard continually show me jobs for dates and times that I am not available for? Then I have to refuse these jobs from the workboard.

Hi @mmathew 

 

In  Atrieve ERP, unavailability is not checked with Workboard as it is with ADS. Even though you have marked yourself unavailable for those dates, you will still be able to see jobs on the workboard but will not receive a call from ADS.
