I’m noticing that some students who rely on mobile data are having trouble opening or refreshing powerschool pages, especially when submitting assignments or checking grades. The pages either time out or partially load, which leads to a lot of confusion on their side.
I was chatting with a parent about telenor internet packages and how different data plans and network throttling can affect web apps, and it made me wonder if this might be contributing to the problem too.
Has anyone else seen powerschool behave differently depending on the student’s internet connection? Are there any recommended settings or lightweight modes that work better for users on slower or limited mobile data?
