Student test number duplicates

Good Afternooon,  I am looking for help on doing a student test number search in the search bar in power school.   I want to use the stn to look up a student who may possibly have the wrong stn number attached to them.

I am looking to get steps to find attendance for a graduated student.  Should I have a specific access for powerschool or is this easy for any admin to pull this documentation?

Hi @Jmoffett2020,

You should be able to pull your graduated students using /*as_of= 'date' in the Quick Search and then navigate to the Attendance page to extract their attendance. You can also search by a specific student by using student_number= in the search field in Quick Search.

e.g. /*as_of=01/01/2020;student_number=12345678

where / will give you non-active students.

I have a student who is in the NCID database with 3 student ID numbers. How can I get this fixed. I called last week and left messages, but no one has contacted me back. Also, I need help with putting in tickets. I was able to put in before, but now I can't.
