Student not showing on caseload even though they are active in Special Programs

Student not showing on caseload even though they are active in Special Programs

Student is active in special programs and has an active IEP but is not showing up on caseload.  When in search mode, the "IEP" is also not listed by her name.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Would you please check the entry and exit dates of this student are correct? Sometimes, it can cause this issue.

Entry date is correct.  Student does not have an exit date as she is currently enrolled.

Thank you for your response.

 

If you have a student that came from another district then they may have an exit date on their profile. Additionally, have you entered the dates of the IEP on the Special Education Flyout?
