Student header customizations

I am looking for some help to corectly code the fragment to add the exit comment to the student header in SIS.  I have created the page fragment, but am then unsure of the exact coding/script that needs to follow.  (I am new to this area)  What I have tried from articles I've read is not producing results.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

I would recommend posting it on PSUG with the code. You will get better (and faster) help on that forum.
