Student Attendance Audit Report

Hi!

I run Student Audit Reports per grade each month (I didn't need to for Sept.)  For some reason our 5th and 6th grades are coming up with negative numbers.  Any idea why this might be happening?  (we are an elementary school 3k-6th grade, so all these grades fall under the same school...this year is the first year of this though, we used to be 4K-5 as Elementary, 6-8 as middle school and then the high school)  Could a setting have not been set properly?

One of the reasons why the grades are in a negative number is because the students not having an FTE assigned to them. I recommend reaching out to one of the Designated Support Contacts of your school district who should be able to help you further.
