Special Programs easy edit

Using easy edit for document templates how do I revert back to the original document, or reverse a change.

Hi! @journeyj

If PowerSchool releases a change to an area that you have customized, you will receive a notification and the area will be marked with a PowerSchool Updated badge.  PowerSchool does not overwrite your customization. You can choose to keep your customizations or to revert to the PowerSchool version.

  1. Click the area with the PowerSchool Updated badge and select Edit.
  2. Review the PowerSchool version and revert if needed

For more information on Easy Edit, I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts within the district who should be able to access the Special Programs System Administrator Help document and assist you further.

On the Notice and Eligibility Form, how can I add and delete assessments under certain areas of assessment? I went to Configuration/Document Template but don't see a way to edit/customize.

Also, the list of assessments from the Keyword Tables - is there a way I can rearrange them? They are had to navigate as they seem to be in  random order.

Hi @corycmorris,

The Keyword tables are of three types, State locked keyword Tables that are not editable by Admin and completely locked, Admin editable keywords, and State locked Keyword but Admin can Add/Edit/modify custom keywords. We would have to check under which category the table category is assigned by looking at the database.  We recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contact who should be able to assist you in connecting with the Special Programs Support team.
