Is there a way for case managers to get alerts when there are IEP or Eligibility documents about to expire? So that they have an extra reminder to do a new one.

Hi! @journeyj,
Thank you for reaching out to the PowerSchool Community for assistance!
Currently, PowerSchool Special Programs does not have an alert system for expiring documents. However, you can create a list report and run to check for the End Dates of the IEP or Eligibility Documents.
I have the link to a great document addressing the process of creating a report. Please click on the link below
Hope this helps!
Please let us know if we can help you with anything further.

would you repost "how to create a list report"?
Hi @prindikm
We recommend reviewing this document on list-report to guide you with the steps to create a list report.
Please let us know in case of further queries
I am not sure how to get to the "Reporting" page referred to in the instructions:
Reporting>Standard Reports.
I guess you need the Special Ed aspect of PowerSchool to make this report?
Hi @KJardel
Yes, you are right! To be able to access the Standard reports for Special Education, you would want to reach out to your district and verify if your district has purchased Special Ed as a PowerSchool product.
Hello,
Is there a field in PS for the ELL alert? If not how can I find all of my ELL students in PS?
Thank you,
Jackie

Hi @jsonsiadek,
There should be an IS_ELL profile field that controls the alert, but it can be varied from state to state. For example, IS_ELL could be a calculated field based on other fields, or IS_ELL could be a data field assigned based on some ELL document. In some cases, the ELL alert is based on the "EL Entry Date" from the student profile. In other states, EL has been done on paper- so that the date may have to be manually entered on the profile.
