In PSSP, the TOR is the same as the Case Manager. To do this, teachers have to:
1. Scroll to the bottom of the Special Programs homepage until you see the "My Students" heading with all of your caseload students listed beneath.
2. Click on "Edit" which is next to the pencil icon beside "My Caseload."
3. This will take you to a page with 4 dropdown menus at the top labeled: Add Students to, Remove Students from, New Caseload Group, Customize Columns
4. Click on "Add Students to..." and select "Case Manager Caseload" in the dropdown menu.5. This takes you to a page where you can search for a student by name and then click the box next to the student's name to add him/her to your caseload.
6. Be sure to click either the blue field that says "Add Students Marked Below to Case Manage Caseload" or the blue field that says "Add Students Marked Above to Case Manager Caseload" to complete the process for each student.
