Spec Programs IEP PDF

Hello, one of my IEPs will only come up with very small font when prompted to print or in a PDF.  The others are average size. Any ideas why or how to fix this? Thanks

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through PowerSchool Community!

One of the reasons why IEP's font size may be too small is because the document may have too much data which can cause issues with the Printing Format of the document. I recommend reaching out to one of the Designated Support Contacts of your school district who should be able to assist further.

This will also happen if the information entered into the sections is copied from another document and the page margins do not align. I advise my staff to put the document in edit and if a left-right scroll bar comes up at the bottom of the editable field it is potentially going to print in what we call "micro-font."

Fix: highlight and copy the text from the field and paste into a word document. Check that the margins of the text AND tables align with the page margins. If a table is outside the margins. it can also cause the small print font.
