I've tried to delete Smartfind app and reinstall, clear cache safari on iPhone, hard reset my iPhone and app still won't load and defaults to web base version on my iphone 13 mini. - anyone have an idea how to fix?

Are you not able to log into the app at all or is it giving you the web-based after after you're logged in?
