Sign in the mobile app

My son can sing in powerschool.com with his school credentials but he cannot sign in the mobile app with the same credentials. Any help? His school cannot help according to their response, this problem might be related to the app not the credentials.

I can sign in either the mobile app and the web page using my username and password.

We recommend you check this article, to assure that the PowerSchool Mobile app is set up correctly.

If the mobile app is set up correctly and you continue facing the issue, we recommend you reset the password.

Thanks for the reponse.

In this case, I have to ask the school to reset my son's password. We followed the instruction provided here as well but he can sign in on the web but not in the app on my or his iPhone.
