Show both teachers on a co-taught class on the Schedule List View of a student

When showing a student list view schedule co-taught classes are showing only one teacher. How can I change that to show both teachers. I know how to do it with a printed report but not on the screen of schedule list view?

Hi @jrezek,

Thank you for reaching out to PowerSchool Community for assistance!

Currently, the feature to show co-teachers as well on the screen of the schedule list view is not built into PowerSchool SIS.  I have submitted a feature request to the PowerSchool SIS Product Team on your behalf to add an option that will show both the teachers on the schedule list view.

We are glad that, your suggestions help to improve PowerSchool products for all users!

Is there a way to pull both teachers onto a report?  i know the DAT current_section_teachers but I need to pull the report for a previous trimester so that DAT is not working now.

Hi @mcorso,

Thank you for reaching out with your query.

I recommend trying using all_section_teachers.  It should return the list of all teachers ever associated with a section.

Hello,

Is this feature still under development? I'm a public high school TA from Arizona working with 2 other teachers on the same project (a course for a group of 24 students working in 3 groups each curated by one of the teachers). Also: how can we print multiple student schedules?

Thank you beforehand,

Luke McGuire

Hi! @LukeErth,

Once the idea has been shared, our Product team reviews all suggestions to determine if the request can be implemented into the product.

To assist you with printing multiple student schedules, I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts within the district.

Hello,

Thank you for addressing this. I hope this happens sooner than later because having this feature would make the roles not only equitable for the teachers themselves, but it allows students and parents to know that both teachers are equally important. Co-teachers will not receive important emails and notifications from parents/students because they do not see the names on their PowerSchool unless you hover over the names.

Please keep us up to date on this feature.
