I am wondering what solutions PowerSchool districts have employed to communicate critical but non-medical information to coaches and activity advisors. Specifically our coaches should be aware whether there are restrictions regarding parents or other familiy members who are not permitted to pick a child up after practice or games. Currently our coaches do not have access to PowerSchool, but that could be something we develop, but they would not be granted based on courses and sections, but instead by activities managed in PowerSchool. If there are already solutions included in PowerSchool or as 3rd party plug-ins, I would like to learn more about them. We are a small district and have limited staff to manage this solution, so I would prefer it not be something we have to build ourselves.
