I am trying to finish a college application. PowerSchool has been unreachable for days. The application is due tonight and I am recieving no help whatsoever from powerschool. I have tried on different devices, I have had friends try, and nothing is working. Is there anything at all I can do to possibly get in? If I can't get in should I contact the Admissions office and explain my situation?

This is the link to the server that we are using. Nothing is available and nothing ever comes up. I have had friends around the U.S. attempt to reach it for me.
Your server is hosted by Farmington Municipal Schools in New Mexico. You will have to contact them directly to see what's happening. They might be doing some updating of the server, etc. thinking no one would access it over the holidays.
I would also recommend that you try contacting your school's college counselor for advice. You can always try and contact the colleges you are applying. Some might be understanding but others will probably say sorry...
In looking at your school district's website and social media accounts I don't see anything posted about the outage. They might be unaware. This is what is listed for your district regarding technology issues:
