I am attempting to gain access to my account to at https://jobs.nku.edu/login. I have retreived my username, but I am not able to accurately recall the response to my security question. Usually I use the same respsonse, but none of the formats - with capital, w/o capital, full name, etc - is correct. There is no other link to fully reset my password. I would appreciate assistance accessing my account. Thanks!
If you have tried resetting your password using the Set New Password option as detailed in our knowledge base article on How do I reset my password? and were not able to find a solution. I recommend reaching out to the Human Resources department of the University to request assistance with resetting your account password.
