I am trying to change a seating chart in iNow. Specifically, to remove students from a seating chart who are on our blended/virtual plan, since they will not be occupying seats in the classroom. The software does not seem to want to do that, and I have not been able to get assistance from anyone local.
There are Designated Support Contacts within each district that can assist you with how-to questions and troubleshooting steps for PowerSchool products. I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts who should be able to assist you with seating charts.
The Designated Support Contacts work with PowerSchool Support when further assistance is needed.
That sounds like a useful PowerSchoolSupport idea, if there existed a useful way within PowerSchool to determine who the Designated Support Contact for a district were. Do you, a Community Support Expert, know how to find the Designated Support Contact for my district? I, myself, do not. Please provide any contact information you may have.
