The ability to add additional information under the student picture is not in the current functionality in Student Information Systems, however, you can reach out to a Designated Support Contact in your school district who will be able to look into more options of incorporating the feature.
I have provided a link to options that could be used to incorporate similar features in PowerSchool SIS. The link can be accessed by the Designated Support Contact in your district.
