Hello, we have an app called SKIES Learn that allows users to transfer grades to Schoology via its API. There are about ~600 teachers at 67 schools in LAUSD making use of this integration.
However, the API now returns a 401 error:

Apparently we need to go through a school or Schoology approval process. We contacted LAUSD and they said we are already on their approved app list. But the API access still fails. We have tried but failed to reach anyone at Schoology/PowerSchool who can help us.
This is impacting our users significantly, many of who use our integration to stay compliant with district requirements for Schoology use. Any help or ability to escalate this issue would be most appreciated!
