School spring - No option to request letter

My references are ready to submit their letters to my school spring account. I do not have an option on my page to send a reference letter request. How do I get this option?

I don't see an option either.  Does anyone know if this has been removed?  We don't use them, or want them, as we need to call the references to verify anyway.

In SchoolSpring, the reference request option only appears if the job application requires or allows it.

Try this:

1. Go to the specific job posting
2. Click Apply (or continue application)
3. Look for a section labeled:
• “References”
• “Reference Letters”
4. Check for a button like:
• “Request Reference”
• “Send Request”
