School Spring posting jobs before future post date in ATS

I created pending job postings with a future date and School Spring is already posting those jobs before they go live on our district page.  Can this be changed so School Spring doesn't post until the future date that is listed?

Since, this is a known issue, and our team is currently working on it, we recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contact of your district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool Support Team. The Support Team should be able to take a closer look at this to assist you further in resolving the issue.

You can submit a support ticket via the Case Portal. This article will guide you with the steps for creating a case.

Thank you, for the information.  I don't have access to the case portal, is there a way for me to gain access to it?
