We currently have seven (7) outstanding help tickets, 6 of which are beyond their due dates and not even started. We start school tomorrow and are extremely set back due to PowerSchool issues which have not been addressed. Mulitple phone calls have been made. Either they say they will pass the info onto the next level or we leave messages and never hear anything back.
