School Photography technical support person - Is this site right for me?

I work for a School Photography company and we produce the images that get added to PowerSchool at the beginning of the season. I want to ensure that the data and images are in the correct format for any new versions of PowerSchool. Would this site meet these needs?

For PowerSchool, you must provide student images as a single, flat **.zip** file containing only **JPEG** (.jpg) files. The corresponding data file must be a separate, **tab-delimited .txt** file that links the student's ID to their exact photo filename. All file names in the text file must be a case-sensitive match to the image files. Adhering to these specific file formats and naming conventions is crucial for a successful import.

One of my main concerns is that we only create the export, we cannot see the PowerSchool. interface. We have some screenshots of the upload process but they may be obsolete if there have been updates. So any documentation we send to the schools may not be helpful.

I do have a document with instruction for the PowerSchool import. Depending on how old your screenshots are it might be useful. The guide I have was updated in June of 2024.
