I am having the worst time finding resources to learn about Powerschool, how to navigate the SpEd side, and details about the admin side of things.
I work for a small school district in Alaska, and our Admin Assistant to the SpEd Director has been out for some time. I am stepping in to help with the paperwork flow as well as some admin duties until someone else can be hired. I have the tech manual, and found a few other resources, but they aren't extensive. This new addition to my workload leaves me with more questions than answers. Our district has only been using PS for a couple years, and the gal that knew the most about the program is unavailable to help.
If someone has a PowerSchool/Special Programs guide for dummies that explains thing in excruciating detail as if you're 12 please drop a link! Thank you!

Some resources are publicly accessible on PowerSchool Community while others are available to specific roles in a district such as the role of a Designated Support Contact or users with a PowerSource account. If you would like to get admin level documentations, I recommend reaching out to a Designated Support Contact of your district to request the access to be added to your account and we can assist you in getting the resources.
