Is anyone in PA currently using the PowerSchool Health Management product and successfully having info pull onto the SHARRS report?

Hi @leanne_wolgemuth,

Thank you for posting in the PowerSchool Community!

Have you reviewed the State reporting guide with more information on SHARRS here? If so, and you continue to experience difficulty, can you please provide us with more detailed information on what you are trying to accomplish.  This way we can take a closer look and work towards a resolution.

Hi NinaRi:

The issue seems to be when completing the SHARRS  Info, Office Visit due to Acute/Chronic Illness? If it's acute and NOT chronic you select yes but then the system requires you to enter a Chronic Illness?

Hi @leanne_wolgemuth,

Thank you for for providing more detailed information on this issue.  It appears some of my colleagues reached out to the state reporting compliance team regarding this behavior.  The setup for this was based off the existing health module from 19.x which was based off office visits.  Essentially, based on the way the system works, the office visits are used to record that the school/nurse was only notified about the chronic condition. Not that the student actually had an office visit.

With the introduction of the new 20.4.x Advanced Health Perspective they are looking into re-configuring of how the SHARRs area has been designed.  Currently, it is functioning as designed.

We suggest submitting an enhancement request. You can submit a feature idea in our Ideas Portal to the PowerSchool SIS Engineers to review. You can learn more about our ideals portal and submit your idea here.

Please let us know if you have any more questions.  We will be more than happy to assist you!
