Run a report that reflects Historic Grades and Credit Type

Hi,

Our school recently transferred from one PS platform to another PS platform and the credit types did not transfer correctly. Also, the course exclusion from the high school transcript is not marked.  Is there a report that I can run that can pull the student ID, term, course name, store code, grade, earned credit, potential credit, and credit type?  I would greatly appreciate your time.

You can export all of that from the StoredGrades table. Select the grades and export:

[01]student_number
TermID
Course_Name
Course_Number
StoreCode
Grade
EarnedCrHrs
PotentialCrHrs
Credit_Type
