Require Access to Case Portal

Good Morning,

 

Could you please contact me in regards to getting access to the case portal?  I need to submit a case.  Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through PowerSchool Community!

 

Currently, PowerSchool Designated Support Contacts have access to the Case Portal within the Community to create a case with the PowerSchool Support team. If you wish to be a Designated Support Contact to access Case Portal, I recommend reaching out to existing Designated Support Contact who should be able to help you to get access.

 

You can also reach out to the PowerSchool Team at businessoperations@powerschool.com  to work with the Designated Support Contacts within your district to request the role is added to your PowerSchool account on your behalf.
