Report cards show a 0 in homeroom

Good morning,

Our report cards show a 0 percent in home room which we are not able to figure out how to get rid of, also the GPA is not showing.    Any ideas would be appreciated.

Need a little more info for this one...Are your Report Cards Object Reports or are you using something else for your report cards?

If they are Object reports would you be able to attach the report .pst?

Thank you for your response.  Our reports cards are indeed object reports.   Unfortunately, I am unable to attach a copy to this response.  We do use a conduct grade in homeroom, and we have Trimesters at our school.  The 0 shows in the homeroom column for T1 on all of the reports.

We would need to look at how information is getting pulled and start tracking to rectify the issue. To protect your data privacy, I recommend reaching out to your district's PowerSchool SIS Administrator who should be able to connect with PowerSchool SIS Support experts to assist you further.
