Report - Student's name and teacher's name and subject for a specific period

Trying to create a simple report listing all students in a particular grade ie grade 11 and the list of student's names and corresponding teacher name and subject for a specific period ie Period 1

Grade, Student First  Name, Student Last Name, Period 1, Teacher First Name, Teacher Last Name, Course

We recommend you try using List Students and pull all the fields that you have listed, and if you want to pull the report by a particular grade best way is to select the students from that particular grade and then run the report against those students.
